How I work
I look at the creative and the customer journey together. Then I look at the process behind them.
Sometimes the answer is a clearer screen. Sometimes it’s a different question. Sometimes it’s a tool that helps the whole team do better work.
A little about me
My work spans creative direction, product and UX, performance marketing, and AI. The common thread is understanding what people need, figuring out what’s working, and making the next version better.
At hear.com, I’ve established and led the design team, mentored designers, and stayed close to the work. I’m comfortable guiding the direction and getting hands-on with the design, prototype, or workflow.
I’m looking broadly across creative leadership, product design, and AI roles, especially where creative tools and useful systems are part of the problem.
